WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged – items that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged by contacting Customer Care at (001)518 212 7818.

WHEN CAN I RETURN?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

WHERE CAN I RETURN?


Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. Kindly reach out to our customer service prior to delivery in order to prevent any potential errors during the process.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?

Please be sure to print and include your return in the package with your shoes. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. Please DO NOT ship the actual shoe box without an outer covered shipping box, the return will not be accepted if the shoe box itself is damaged.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

The goods you wish to return for exchange must be in pristine condition and the packaging should remain intact. We are delighted to assist you in exchanging it for a size or color that suits your preferences.
